PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived, please contact us for assistance of tracking at support@bruxident.com.au.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 to10 business days.
BRUXIDENT will follow any instructions provided with respect to the delivery of the item.
If you choose to have your order left at your door if you are not home, BRUXIDENT takes no responsibility for stolen or missing packages.
Delivery is usually between Monday and Friday.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Up to three postage costs associated with the transaction are paid by BRUXIDENT. Any additional postage costs thereafter are at the customers expense.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your product we will happily refund you with our 7 day money back guarantee. In this instance the product must be returned, via registered post, to BRUXIDENT and at the customers expense.
Please note BRUXIDENT will deduct postage costs from any refund made.
